We found a house! (hopefully)

This past weekend, we set out on another of our house-hunting missions (too many to count in the past 3 months).  We were hopeful for this trip and also a little desperate, we are very ready to find a place and get settled.  So, we looked at three places on Saturday, and two of them could actually work.  The first home is a townhome that has been updated and has a huge fenced-in yard.  The only downside with this home is that the current tenants may not be able to move until June, which is a little too late for us.

The second house is a twin located in a cute neighborhood with tree-lined streets and sidewalks.  It even has a little main street with shops and restaurants.  The house is exactly what we are looking for: 3 bedrooms, basement, garage, hardwood floors, bigger kitchen (anyone who has seen our current kitchen understands the importance of this one), fenced-in yard, and lots of charm.  The couple who owns it is so nice and they have taken very good care of the place.

They let us know last night that the place is ours as long as our credits checks out.  Now, I know that we have good credit, but I am still nervous that it might somehow come back bad.  I am praying that everything goes okay because I REALLY want to live in this house.  If we get it, we will be moving the second weekend in May, which means, I need to start organizing and packing this place soon.

This is the listing of the house on craigslist, there aren't many pictures, but you can get an idea of the place.
